Driver charged after truck damaged Lougheed Highway overpass

A Surrey man has been charged after a truck carrying a crane was driven into a CP Rail overpass this summer.
Robert Thomas Bateman, 64, faces one count of dangerous driving and one count of mischief for the Aug. 18 crash in Coquitlam.
