The Trudeau Government has proudly passed Bill C-45, the Cannabis Act. It legalizes homegrown marijuana and authorizes its recreational use. This unprecedented move permits Canadians to indulge in this allegedly harmless practice. The truth, however, is that cannabis is far from being harmless.
