Delivery man helps VPD arrest two suspects in two separate crimes an hour apart

Karl Dey was delivering water to a Gastown shoe store when he saw a man grab a backpack and dash out the door.
The Maple Ridge man took up the chase, waving down several police officers, who were able to tackle the man. His good deed done, Dey returned to his delivery truck to await the officers and provide a statement.
