Dead cat strapped to swing in Maple Ridge was killed by predator, SPCA says

A dead cat found strapped to a swing in a Maple Ridge park last month died from a predator attack, according to the B.C. SPCA.
The cat was found in Cook Park on Oct. 26.
Lorie Chortyk, general manager of community relations for the B.C. SPCA, says the young female cat, which was black with white markings, was found on a swing with zap straps, also known as zip ties, around its neck and feet.
