Dashcam video shows car going wrong way before head-on accident near Massey Tunnel

Dashcam footage recorded Sunday afternoon captured a Volkswagen Golf travelling down the wrong side of Highway 99 before a multi-vehicle accident that sent three people to hospital.
The accident happened near the Massey Tunnel.
