And what’s worse is that the prime minister, his officials and others in Ottawa’s inner circle now reeling from the high-profile resignations of two female cabinet ministers, appear stunned by that realization.
International Women’s Day is on Friday and, ironically, the theme is: The better the balance, the better the world. Right now, with the Liberals
