Even before an official announcement is made, the finger pointing has begun.
ICBC is expected to take a $1.3-billion operating loss in the current fiscal year ending March 1. It’s a result of increasing number of crashes, a surge in claims and ballooning costs of claims.
And the loss could soon be pinned on ICBC customers in the form of a premiums hike.
