Attorney General David Eby called the Insurance Corp of B.C.’s current situation a “financial dumpster fire” on Monday, in response to the public auto insurer’s expected $1.3-billion operating loss.
Eby acknowledged it would not be an easy journey toward bringing the auto insurer back on track and said there would be a number of major reforms announced in the coming weeks.
