A Vancouver swing dancer failed to have his complaint heard by the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal after he was accused of “mansplaining” to other dancers.
Mokua Gichuru first filed a complaint with the tribunal early last year after he was banned from the Vancouver Swing Society, but the tribunal did not accept his complaint as the society was within its rights to ban a member.
