Daily Poll: Should Vancouver charge ride-hailing service users a congestion fee?

Vancouver is mulling an idea to charge Uber and Lyft users a mobility fee when the service arrives in B.C.  The concern is that ride-hailing services increase traffic and take people off transit. Some argue the fee would help fight congestion, especially in high-impact areas such as the downtown core.
