Daily Poll: Do you agree with the Trans Mountain pipeline ruling?

On Thursday, the Federal Court of Appeal quashed the approval of the $9.3-billion Trans Mountain oil pipeline expansion.
The court found that Canada had not adequately consulted each of six First Nations that had challenged the project’s approval. It also found the National Energy Board’s environmental assessment of the project was also fatally flawed because it ignored the potential impact of increased tanker traffic off British Columbia’s coast.
