Earlier this year, the B.C. government announced the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative as part of its billion-dollar child care plan.
The initiative would see families save up to $350 per month per space depending on the age of the child and the type of daycare. The money goes to the daycare and the savings are passed on to families.
