D-Day invasion: Marking the 75th anniversary in Normandy

I didn’t expect a party, but I found one. There was singing. Dancing. Beer. Outdoor barbecues, late-night parties and lively conversations. Re-enactors — people wearing vintage uniforms and dresses — roamed about, occasionally dancing or posing for photographs.
