Cyclist killed in traffic accident in Delta

A cyclist is dead following a traffic collision in Delta on Tuesday afternoon.
Delta police say the accident happened at around 1:30 p.m. near Boundary Bay Airport. A vehicle travelling south on 72nd Street struck a cyclist who had been travelling on 36th Avenue.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene, and is cooperating with police.
