Crown considers charges against VPD officer who struck pedestrian
The B.C. Prosecution Service is considering whether charges should be laid against a Vancouver police officer involved in a pedestrian accident earlier this year.
On Jan. 6, a VPD unmarked SUV driven by an on-duty officer struck a pedestrian near Knight Street and East 20th Avenue around 9:30 p.m. The pedestrian was taken to hospital in serious condition.
