Crews battle blaze at Abbotsford rubber plant on Saturday evening

Crews were kept busy Saturday evening fighting a massive fire at a rubber plant in Abbotsford.
The fire began sometime before 9:30 p.m. and continued into the early morning hours of Sunday.
The blaze appears to have been located at the site of North West Rubber, a rubber-manufacturing plant located just off Highway 11 in Abbotsford.
In 2015, a fire occurred at the same site when a pallet of rubber caught fire and sent thick, black smoke into the sky.
