Cougar attacks two-year-old boy in Cascade Falls Regional Park

Cascade Falls Regional Park near Mission is closed after a cougar attacked a two-year-boy Monday afternoon.
The B.C. Conservation Officer Service says the boy was attacked around 4 p.m. while walking the park’s trail with an adult and other children.The conservation service says the boy suffered minor injuries, including scratches on his back and a puncture wound on his arm.
The Fraser Valley Regional District says the park will remain closed until further notice.
