Cops find loaded .357 Magnum handgun during Richmond car theft bust

A man arrested on Tuesday for the theft of a car from a Richmond business was also carrying a loaded handgun, say police.
RCMP allege that Richard James Harris broke into the property of a business in the 2000-block of No. 4 Road in Richmond just after 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
An employee at the business told RCMP that a man drove away from the site in a company vehicle. The vehicle was quickly located and officers followed the suspect into Vancouver.
