Collision on Highway 17 causing congestion during Wednesday rush hour

A collision on Highway 17 just past the Alex Fraser Bridge is causing congestion on Wednesday afternoon.
Two semi-trucks are involved in the collision, and a number of emergency crews are on scene.
UPDATE – #BCHwy17 vehicle incident WB just past the #AlexFraserBridge westbound traffic is getting by on the right shoulder. Eastbound left lane is blocked by emergency crews.
