Chefs, farmers connect at first-ever B.C.-wide event

While a vegan butchery may sound like an oxymoron worthy of Monty Python, Very Good Butchers makes serious products that are no joke.
Described as one of only two vegan butchers in the country, the Victoria-based butchery produces vegan burgers, sausages and chicken made from different kinds of beans and vegetables.
