Capsized boat found, three men still missing after Tofino mishap

VICTORIA — The boat that capsized Friday with five men on board has been located, but three missing men have not yet been found, the RCMP said Tuesday afternoon.
RCMP West Coast Marine and RCMP Underwater Recovery Team found the boat underwater near Duffin Passage, said RCMP spokeswoman Cpl. Tammy Douglas.
“The boat has now been surfaced and will be held for investigation,” Douglas said.
Tofino Mayor Josie Osborne said the boat was found in the area where two of the boaters wer
