Burnaby RCMP make arrest at Kinder Morgan

A 25-year-old man who had climbed atop a semi-trailer at the gates to Kinder Morgan’s Westridge Marine Terminal in Burnaby has been arrested by police.
According to Burnaby RCMP, the man summited the vehicle sometime around noon on Monday.
Video posted to social media shows officers attempting to convince the man to come down on his own but eventually climbed atop and arrested him. He was initially sitting atop the rear trailer — which appeared to be loaded with wooden pallets &mdash
