Brian Minter: Stunning winter centrepieces a passion for Chilliwack tree farmer

I’ve already written about winter greens arrangements and porch pots, but there’s a Dutch art form — creating beautiful, natural centrepieces and wreaths using very unusual stems of cut winter greens — that I haven’t mentioned, and it is sadly missing in this part of the world.
Over the years, Jan Van Wijk has created hundreds of stunning centrepieces, many of which my family has enjoyed on our Christmas table.
