Boaters asked to slow down in First Narrows

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is asking recreational boaters to keep their speed down while passing between the North Shore and Stanley Park.
Beginning this past Friday (July 6) and running until Oct. 1, operators of “tier two” vessels are being asked to keep below 15 knots while moving through the First Narrows Traffic Control Zone.
