Bellringer promises clarity, 'deep dive' in digging up financial abuse

VICTORIA — Auditor-General Carol Bellringer has launched a “deep dive” into alleged financial abuses at the B.C. legislature, after facing down the threat of being bypassed for an out-of-province auditor.
Bellringer announced her intentions this week in releasing the auditing agenda for her independent office for the next three years.
