Beauty Bar: Lise Watier Urban Velocity Collection

What it is: A new limited-edition makeup collection from the Canadian beauty and skin care brand Lise Watier. 
The collection of products, which includes eyeliners, lipsticks, blush, eyeshadow and more, is inspired by, “urban softness and a touch of freshness,” according to a news release.
Housed in Instagram-worthy holographic packaging, the chic spring collection focuses on delivering subtle shimmer and dreamy shades.
