B.C.'s 'No Trucks in Left Lane' rolls out on Coquihalla Highway

The B.C. government is rolling out a plan to ban commercial trucks from driving in the far left lane on major highways.
The “No Trucks in the Left Lane” pilot program will begin this week on the Coquihalla Highway.
The Ministry of Transport is restricting commercial vehicles from using the far left lane on the Coquihalla’s Snowshed Hill between Box Canyon and Zopkios.
If the plan is deemed a success, the ministry will add other routes in the Interior.
