B.C.'s justice system 'underperforms' that of other provinces, says study
B.C.’s justice system ranks 10th out of 13 Canadian provinces and territories in a “justice report card” published Monday by the Macdonald-Laurier Institute.
The Ottawa-based think-tank gave B.C.’s justice system an overall grade of C+, ahead of only Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and Yukon.
