B.C. SPCA seizes another 30 cats from notorious Penticton hoarder

An infamous Penticton hoarder has surrendered 30 more cats and kittens to the B.C. SPCA, just three months after 111 cats were seized from her home by the animal-welfare organization.
The woman, who has not been identified, has now ceded just shy of 200 cats to the SPCA in the past three years, all of which were taken from her home at a Pentiction-area mobile home park.
