B.C. SPCA says injured puppy needs public's help

The B.C. SPCA is asking for the public help in covering medical costs for a puppy seized during an animal cruelty investigation in Maple Ridge.
The SPCA say the five-month-old puppy, who they have named Cozzy, was hit by a car but was never taken to a veterinarian.
“Witnesses saw the puppy get hit by a car twice, he struggled as he was unable to put weight on one of his legs to get home and remained outside in the backyard of the property,” the Maple Ridge SPCA said in a release. &ld
