B.C. resident charged with animal cruelty

Crown counsel has approved charges of animal cruelty against a resident of Pouce Coupe, a small town in northeastern B.C.
The B.C. SPCA says Alexis Walker was charged after an emaciated Rottweiler, Kira, was taken into care in June 2016.
