B.C. NDP MP Nathan Cullen will not run for re-election

Nathan Cullen, the long-serving NDP Member of Parliament for Skeena-Bulkley Valley, announced Friday that he will not be seeking re-election.
Cullen, who was first elected in 2004, currently serves as the NDP’s democratic reform and ethics critic.
In a statement, Cullen said after 15 years serving in Ottawa, it is now time for someone else to represent Skeena-Bulkley Valley on the national stage.
