B.C. Liberals begin voting in leadership race
VICTORIA — B.C. Liberal Party members began casting ballots for a new leader Thursday, as months of campaigning by six candidates transitioned into a last-minute scramble to get out their voters.
Voting opened at 9 a.m. with a heavy volume of member interest. Liberal members must first register to receive a personal identification number before casting a ballot. Some campaigns reported wait times of up to 90 minutes, though the party said it had added extra resources to bring any waits dow
