B.C. government releases details on electoral reform referendum

B.C. Attorney General David Eby says the referendum this fall on electoral reform will have two questions.
The first question will ask voters whether they want to keep the current first past the post system of voting, or if they want to switch to proportional representation. And, the second question will offer three proportional representation choices that voters can rank in terms of preference.
