B.C. gangster Jarrod Bacon out on statutory release from prison

B.C. gangster Jarrod Bacon was let out of prison on statutory release this summer in spite of the fact that the parole board and his case managers believe he has more interest in securing his ties to the criminal underworld than changing his ways.
Bacon, now 35, was convicted in 2012 of conspiracy to traffic cocaine and sentenced to 12 years in prison, minus time served, but his sentence was increased to 14 years on appeal.
