Bail hearing continues for arrested Huawei executive

A bail hearing for Huawei Technologies executive Meng Wanzhou is expected to resume Monday in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver.
The hearing for Meng, whose arrest has provoked a strong reaction from Chinese authorities, began Friday before B.C. Supreme Court Justice William Ehrcke.
Meng, who was taken into custody Dec. 1 and is being sought for extradition to the United States on fraud charges, was remanded in custody for the weekend.
