Audain Prize for B.C. artists increased to $100,000

When the first Audain Prize was handed out in 1994, artist Ann Kipling received $20,000.
Michael Audain didn’t think it was enough. So he increased the lifetime achievement award for a B.C. artist to $25,000 and then $30,000.
Now he’s raising it again, to $100,000.
