Attorney General David Eby calls ICBC's $1.3B loss a "dumpster fire"

Attorney General David Eby called ICBC’s current situation a “financial dumpster fire” during a news conference Monday.
Eby’s comments came in response to a $1.3-billion operating loss that had been projected for ICBC’s current fiscal year.
The massive figure, reported this weekend by Postmedia’s Mike Smyth, is $1 billion higher than what was projected just three months earlier.
