Andrea Reimer not running for Vancouver mayor

Longtime Vancouver city councillor Andrea Reimer has decided not to run for mayor.
Reimer, who had decided against running for re-election to council and had planned to attend Harvard University this fall, told Postmedia earlier this week she was mulling a mayoral bid for Vision Vancouver after Ian Campbell dropped out of the race.
However, on Friday Reimer said that she needs to take some time away from service and public life.
