Alcohol, speed possible in early Monday morning crash in Richmond

Police say alcohol and speed are possible reasons for an early Monday crash that caused a number of power outages in Richmond.
On Monday morning, Richmond RCMP were called to No. 6 and Blundell roads for a single-vehicle crash into a hydro pole. The accident left the Honda sedan overturned and sitting in a ditch near the intersection. “Significant efforts” were required to pull the two trapped women from the vehicle.
