A toy train dreamland, hidden in a Surrey warehouse

The flamboyant millionaire Malcolm Forbes is credited with the line “He who dies with the most toys wins.”
In the local toy train world, the winner was Alan Cruickshank.
When he died on Dec. 20 at the age of 86, Cruickshank had an estimated 6,000 toy train models, rails and accoutrements. But it could be more, because his collection is packed away in a Surrey warehouse.
