$1.8-million PNE prize home won by Vancouver Public Library staffer

Vancouver resident Keith Edwards is the winner of the 84th annual PNE Prize Home draw.
Edwards is now the new owner of a $1.8-million, 3,025 square-foot modular house and lake-view lot in Naramata.
