WestJet, CUPE tentative deal includes duty hours top-up to address union concerns

OTTAWA — The tentative deal between WestJet and the union representing about 4,400 flight attendants includes a pay bump, increases in meal allowances, and a top-up for cabin crew while they're on duty.
