West Ferris Caisse Populaire adds services, aims for May opening

The Caisse Populaire in West Ferris is adding some services to the branch which is expected to open in early May.
Norm St. Amour, regional manager for Caisse Populaire, said good progress is being made on the branch, and that enhanced financial planning services will be added to the services being offered.
