Two drivers charged with Impaired Driving after Highway 17 collision

On January 3, at approximately 4:20 pm, North Bay OPP officers responded to a single-vehicle collision into a snowbank on Highway 17 near Bayview Road in North Bay.During the investigation, police learned that after the collision, the driver and passenger switched seats and continued driving eastbound.
