TSX, S&P 500 and Nasdaq set record highs on strong results and better oil prices

TORONTO — Three of North America's stock markets closed at all-time highs as they got lifts from strong U.S. corporate results and higher crude oil prices. The S&P/TSX composite index closed up 92.12 points at 16,669.40.
