Third person charged in December shooting death

A third person has been charged in connection with the shooting death last month of a 45-year-old North Bay man in a home invasion-style robbery.In a release Wednesday, city police say Martina Lafontaine, 31, of North Bay, faces charges of conspiracy to commit the indictable offence of robbery and attempted robbery. Police say the charges, which were laid Dec. 20, are the result of an investigation linking her to the robbery that led to the homicide.
