Team 1305 claims first place in Barrie robotics event

Near North Student Robotics Initiative, FIRST Team 1305, Iced Cubed claimed its first place blue banner of the robotics competition season at Georgian College in Barrie last weekend.
The Near North robot, Kepler, finished first after the qualification rounds under the guidance of its five-person drive team.
After selecting an alliance including FIRST Teams 4476 W.AF.F.L.E.S from Kingston and 781 Kinetic Knights from Kincardine, the alliance went on to capture the first place blue banner.
