Strang angry over rideshare proposal

John Strang is frustrated and angry that North Bay council and the North Bay Police Services Board are considering allowing rideshare programs to operate in North Bay.
Both council and the board are expected to study the issue of allowing companies like Uber and Lyft to begin operations here. Both are meeting next week where the issue will be raised.
