Spring has arrived . . . at the North Bay Public Library

The North Bay Public Library has pulled out the paints and lemonade and decided to welcome spring, even though the snowbanks remain high and the roads covered in snow and ice.
Library staff have transformed the snowbanks on Worthington Street using colourful paints.But they didn’t just stop there.They set-up a Popsicle and lemonade stand inside the front entrance of the library for those who would enjoy a sweet treat.Library staff said they are feeling pretty sick of winter and were joking
